Sew 'N Sews FBC Quilting Group

Vendor Booth Information

Mark your calendar for the Sept. 15-17, 2017 sale! We are busy now, planning for the big Antique Alley sale! We are located in downtown Grandview behind the First Baptist Church of Grandview. Our FBC church family built a unique sewing workshop to help us in our ministry! We are a group of folks who have a passion for sewing and quilting together. We will have a parking lot sale on Friday morning and possibly Saturday morning of Antique Alley!

Business Information

We are a very creative group, non denominational, with folks from all over the area participating. We appreciate the 1st Baptist Church of Grandview for providing such a wonderful facility for our group. Here you will find many unique, handmade items that are perfect gifts for a special loved-one!

We love to make practical items for use in the home. All created right here in our workshop - baby blankets, pot holders, table cloths, one-of-a-kind window treatments, decorated table runners and doilies, tea bag carriers (fit for transport in your purse), coasters, microwave potato warmers, inspired-design quilts, miscellaneous decorative items, framed art and so much more.

We also make generic cloth dolls and donate them where needed. These dolls are a great tool helping pediatric oncology doctors illustrate planned treatment and put afflicted children at ease by showing their young patients exactly where treatment will occur.

One never knows what will inspire us next for our next creation - they are all special to us. We love our work.

Over the years, funds we've raised through sales of our items have been used to purchase more supplies in order to make blankets for helping comfort indigent infants at area hospitals, to provide quilts and other items for those who've suffered disaster from fires and tornadoes and providing for elderly or in-need neighbors requiring assistance including multiple other projects.

If you love quality, handmade textiles for use in your home, you'll enjoy perusing our items. Your patronage of our sale will carry forward the good work of our group! Thanks in advance for visiting our fundraiser/sale!
